Two First Year Blazers Selected to GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team Selection

CHICOPEE, MA - Joni McGillis (Katy, TX) and Miguel Pearce (New Haven, CT) finished their first collegiate Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving season being selected to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Sportsmanship Team.

McGillis competed in multiple conference and nonconference meets where she went on to place in multiple events. In the Blazers meet against Westfield State University the first year earned first place while posting a season best time and the fourth best 100-yard freestyle time in program history. 

Pearce also competed in many conference and nonconference meets where the first year went on to set personal records. The first year in a tri match against Western New England and Regis College lowered his own personal best in the 50-yard butterfly achieving first place.
