Culhane Named GNAC Men's Volleyball Rookie of the Week

WINTHROP, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced their weekly award selections for the week ending on March 15th Monday afternoon.

Three Blazers would earn conference weekly accolades this week for their accomplishments on the field and court.

First year Joe Culhane (Agawam, Mass.) would be named GNAC Men's Volleyball Defensive Rookie of the Week after he delivered a strong offensive performance with 16 kills (5.33 per set) on .353 hitting in a match at Rivier. He added a service ace, four digs, and two blocks while totaling 18.5 points and handling 16 receptions.

Senior pitcher Colby Arnold (Waterford, Conn.) and first year Chris Bousquet (Springfield, Mass.) would all be named to the GNAC Weekly Honor in Baseball and Men's Volleyball.
