Turco Named GNAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

WINTHROP, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced their weekly award selections for the week ending on November 30th Monday afternoon.

One Blazer would earn conference weekly accolades this week for the accomplishments on the court.

Sophomore forward/center Mary Turco (Winthrop, Mass.) would be named the GNAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the first time this season after recording 24 points, 22 total rebounds, two blocks, and a steal, with a 60.0 field goal percentage and a 100.0 free throw percentage against Westfield State University last week.
