DeGrazia Named GNAC Swimmer of the Week
BOSTON, Mass. – Elms College sophomore Devon DeGrazia (Westport, Mass.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Swimmer of the Week as recently announced by the organization.
DeGrazia was tabbed swimmer of the week for the first time this season after powering to three first place finishes in three individual events and after swimming the first leg of the Blazers' 200-yard medley relay team that notched a top time of 2:00.22. DeGrazia clocked winning times in the 50-yard backstroke (31.56), the 100-yard backstroke (1:05.85) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:38.12).
