Men's Golf Reveals 2016 Schedule

CHICOPEE, Mass. – Elms College men's golf Head Coach Craig Cowles (eighth season) has released the Blazers schedule for the upcoming 2016 fall season. The Blazers are set to participate in five events, including the Blazer Fall Invitational, during September in preparation for the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Championship.

The Blazers will hit the links for the 2016-17 season after claiming four top-10 finishes, including a runner up finish at the 2015 NECC Championship.

The Green and Gold open the season on September 10 with two days of action at the Bill Detrick Invitational at Indian Hill Country Club. After a single day of play at the MCLA Invitational (Sept. 15), the Blazers will host their annual fall event, hosting teams at Hickory Ridge Country Club on September 17 & 18. Elms heads to the Roger Williams Invitational for 18 holes of play before their final championship tune-up with two days at the Williams College Fall Invitational at Taconic Golf Club on September 24 & 25.

The Blazers will travel to Wachusett Country Club on October 1 & 2 for the NECC Championship. Elms concludes the fall slate with three days of play at the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) at The Captain's Course in Brewster from October 22-24.
