Catherine Leonard

Elms College sophomore women's lacrosse player Catherine Leonard (Chicopee, Mass.) was selected as this week's female student athlete spotlight.

Leonard, an education major at Elms, is entering her second year as a member of the Blazers' women's lacrosse program.

In her debut season, Leonard saw action in 10 of Elms' 15 games and started two of them. Primarily used as a defender, Leonard picked up two ground balls and helped keep opposing attackers off guard all season long.
